Venezuela celebrates their carnivals very joyfully. They usually celebrate with all of their families and friends. They include dance and music as well. In the carnivals they dont fill up the balloons with air. They fill it up with water. The carnival usually takes place in February. This isn't any ordinary event for them. They enjoy them as well.
